Army: Enemy reconnaissance warplanes breach Lebanese airspace

October 29, 2015 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) “Two Israeli reconnaissance planes violated on Thursday evening at 11:16 am the Lebanese airspace over the sea next to Chekka towards the east, executed circular maneuvers over all Lebanese regions and then left at 12:55 pm over Rmeish,” Army Command said in a communique.

“At 12:30 pm two similar aircrafts violated the Lebanese airspace over Naqoura towards the North, and circled over above all Lebanese regions at 13:10 am over the sea next to Naqoura,” the communique indicated.

The communique also added that “four similar aircrafts breached Naqoura towards the north and executed circular maneuvers above Lebanese regions, and then left at 13:15 above Alma al Chaab.”

“At 14:15 pm, two similar aircrafts violated the Lebanese airspace over Batroun towards the North, and circled over all Lebanese regions, then left at 15:10 pm over the sea towards Naqoura.”

“At 15:00 two similar aircrafts breached the Lebanese airspace above the sea next to Batroun village towards the east, and executed circular maneuvers over Baalbeck region, Hermel, Chekka, and Batroun, then left at 16:10 from Naqoura.”
