Erongo Region retains its first position in Grade 12 Ordinary-Level results for second consecutive year

WINDHOEK: The Erongo Region has retained its first position in the Grade 12 Ordinary-Level results for the second consecutive year.

The Minister of Education David Namwandi officially released the 2014 Grade 12 results here yesterday.

The Oshikoto Region again ended second, while Ohangwena moved up one place to scoop third position.

The new region, Kavango East, obtained fourth place overall, and Otjozondjupa dropped two places to find itself at number five.

Hardap moved up one place to position number six, while Khomas dropped one place to position seven.

Omusati remained eighth, while Oshana moved up one place to number nine.

Karas also moved up one position to number 10, while Kunene did the same – from 12th to 11th.

Omaheke dropped three places to 12th spot, while Kavango West, also a new region, made an entry at position number 13.

The Zambezi Region dropped one place to end 14th.
