MTC Admits Data Problem

MTC said this week that it has come to its attention that customers are not happy with what they call ‘high data usage’ on their handsets.

MTC said informed all customers that the matter is being investigated and ‘receiving the highest priority.’

“At the moment our technical teams are running various tests with our own devices and with customers devices visiting our offices to get to the bottom of this matter.

We would like to thank our customers for reporting this matter to us because it allows us the opportunity to resolve the matter speedily, and we would therefore like to thank our valued customers for their patience and we wish to assure them of our dedication to their telecommunications needs,” MTC said.
