NPL defending champions BA beat Citizens 2-0

WINDHOEK: Namibia Premier League (NPL) defending champions, Black Africa (BA), yesterday beat Citizens 2-0 at the Sam Nujoma Stadium.

BA’s Muna Katupose scored the two goals to remain second on the log stand with 57 points, while Citizens are 10th with 33 points.

Speaking to this news agency after their victory, BA’s head coach Ronnie Kanalelo said his team played well and gave credit to his players for dominating the match.

African Stars are first on the log table with 62 points and were set to face Tigers today at the same stadium.
