Police Recover Stolen Valuables

Members of the police at Wanaheda Police Station have requested members of the public to come forward and identify items that were recovered.

The items were seized from suspects who could not give a satisfactory account as to how they acquired the goods.

The items include a photo album, firearms and “many valuables.”

Several efforts by the police to trace owners of the recovered items did not yield any results.

Members of the public are urged to visit the Wanaheda Police Station in order to claim their properties before they are auctioned or destroyed.

More information on the goods can be obtained by contacting Chief Inspector Anderson on 061 209 6111 or 081 277 285 or Chief Inspector Kandjimi on 081 7589 980, and Warrant Officer Peerstoff on 081 3178 256.
