Prime Minister conclude his visit to Bolivia

WINDHOEK: The Prime Minister of Namibia and president elect Dr.Hage Geingob has concluded his visit to Bolivia where he attended the inauguration ceremony for President Evo Morales for his third term as President of Bolivia.

The ceremony was attended by officials from over 40 countries.

In his speech, President Evo Morales showed his appreciation to the Bolivian people for the additional five years entrusted to him to lead them.

He said he that he has inherited a tremendous responsibility as the country’s president for an additional five years.

“I thank the Bolivian social movements and its people,’’ Morales said.

Dr.Hage Geingob was in attendance alongside leaders such as President Dilma Rousseff of Brazil, Rafael Correa of Ecuador, and Nocolas Maduro of Venezuela.

All head of states congratulated President Evo Morales on his re-election as president of Bolivia and the tremendous success he has achieved as President through the introduction of various social and economic reforms that have benefited a large number of Bolivian people.

The Prime Minister is expected to be in the country on Saturday.
