The factory was lured to Namibia by the implemented African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).

The building is leased out at a daily rate of N.dollars 12 500.

The premises have attracted significant interest from different organisations, commercial entities and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for leasing between 12 months to 18 months.

This is mainly for storage purposes, or to establish manufacturing businesses.
