Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court remands Gavin Noble accused of dealing in crack cocaine in custody

WALVIS BAY: The Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday remanded the 53-year-old Gavin Noble, who is accused of dealing in crack cocaine, in custody.

This is the fourth time he is remanded in police custody due to the serious nature of his case.

Noble, a resident of the Narraville residential area of Walvis Bay, faces a charge of dealing in crack cocaine with a street value of N.dollars 1 400. Court records show that 14 pieces of the drug were found on the front left seat of his vehicle in October 2013.

At the continuation of his trial on Wednesday, Noble appeared before Magistrate Andre Matulich, with Jan Wessels as his defence counsel.

He was arrested in October 2013 and refused bail in the Walvis Bay court, after which he applied for bail twice but was turned down.
