Yangon: The third edition of the Myanmar International Textile and Machinery Fair is set to be held at the Yangon Convention Center from December 5 to 7, as reported by state-owned daily The Global New Light of Myanmar on Sunday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the fair aims to elevate China-Myanmar garment and textile businesses, boost economic relations between Myanmar and regional countries, and explore potential business collaborations. Furthermore, it supports the development of Myanmar’s garment sector.

The three-day event will feature textile products and related machinery from both China and Myanmar. It will also include participation from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as well as showcase made-in-Myanmar products.

The fair is anticipated to draw participants from the textile and machinery industries, including garment manufacturers, suppliers, traders, and local brands.
