China to Resume Group Tours to Canada Through Travel Agencies

Beijing: China has decided to resume group tour services for Chinese citizens traveling to Canada through travel agencies, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Monday.



According to Namibia Press Agency, spokesperson Mao Ning shared during a regular press briefing that this decision was made after a comprehensive evaluation of the outbound travel demands of Chinese citizens and the tourism environment of relevant destinations.



The resumption of group tours is anticipated to enhance people-to-people exchanges between China and Canada, fostering mutual understanding and friendship between the two nations.



Mao Ning expressed China’s readiness to collaborate with Canada to facilitate these exchanges and expressed hope that Canada would reciprocate by ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for Chinese tourists.
