The lifeless body of a man was found hanging from the roof of a house under construction at Umulunga Extension Four in Grootfontein yesterday.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson in the Otjozondjupa Region, Inspector Maureen Mbeha, in an interview with Nampa today said the body has been identified as that of 29-year-old Asser Panduleni.
Panduleni’s relatives have been informed of his death.
His body was found by a passer-by around 16h00, and he alerted the police, Mbeha added.
“Panduleni did not leave behind a suicide note, therefore the motive behind his alleged suicide is still unknown to the police,” Mbeha said.
