The body of a 44-year-old woman who went missing last week, was found in Tses on Monday.
The deceased, Sevelia Nakale, was reported missing last Wednesday.
According to Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson Kauna Shikwambi, the decomposed body was found a few metres from the gravel road, about 10 kilometres from Tses towards Berseba.
Nakale’s belongings, including her cellphone and clothing, were found next to her body.
An inquest docket has been opened and the deceased’s remains have been taken to the Keetmanshoop police mortuary for an autopsy as the cause of death is still to be determined.
Nakale’s next of kin have been informed.
