MoE and World Food Programme strategise

THE Namibia School Feeding Programme (NSFP) run by the Ministry of Education in conjunction with the World Food Programme (WFP) has benefitted 270,000 children since its inception and resulted in increased enrolment and attendance rates.
Last week the Ministry of Education and the WFP officials held a three-day workshop where they focused largely on the NSFP’s monitoring and evaluation, food handling and management procedures and the role of the community in its implementation.
