Kankololo fought for the WBO Inter-Continental Featherweight title in Kiev, Ukraine Saturday night.

Nakathila who managed to reach the 12 rounds of boxing lost the fight on unanimous decision after all the three judges scored the fight 120-107 in favour of Stevenson, who scored a knockdown in the fourth round from a short right hook.

Kankololo put up a good fight as he narrowly lost out to Oleg Malinovsky in his home ground after 10 rounds of boxing.
