POLICE NAB ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN ANGOLA/NAMIBIA BORDER

Thirteen people were prevented to illegally cross the Angola /Namibia border in the last seven days in southern Cunene province.

The Regional Command spokesman of the National Police, Intendant Piedade Pomba, reporting the weekly assessment activities, said the offenders were released after being questioned by the staff of the corporation.

Cunene province shares 460 kilometers, of which 340 land and 120 fluvial border, with the Republic of Namibia.
