Dalian: No.1 soybean futures closed higher on Friday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE). The most active No.1 soybean contract for January 2026 delivery gained 93 yuan (about 13.13 U.S. dollars) to close at 4,215 yuan per tonne.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the total trading volume of five listed No.1 soybean futures contracts on the exchange reached 303,014 lots, with a turnover of about 12.68 billion yuan. China holds the position as the world’s largest soybean importer, which significantly impacts the dynamics of the global soybean market.
