Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is also the general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has sent a letter of congratulations to the 20th theory seminar between the CPC and the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).

According to Namibia Press Agency, the seminar is an important platform for the two parties to exchange ideas and enhance mutual understanding. The event underscores the ongoing collaboration between the CPC and CPV, reflecting the commitment of both parties to strengthen their bilateral relationship.
