Warriors ready to battle Comoros

The Brave Warriors are mentally and physically ready for Comoros Island when they faceoff on Friday in the 2020 African Nations Championship (CHAN) Qualifier in Moroni.

Coach Bobby Samaria says that the team has aclimised to the humid weather on the island and resting to go against a home side that will be hard to crack.

The weary legs due to the long distance travelled is now a thing of the past. We expect a very tough, physical and intimidating approach from Comoros, Samaria states.

He adds that his side were equally prepared and plans to leave no stone unturned on Friday afternoon.

After the clash in Moroni, The Brave Warriors and Comoros will meet in Windhoek on Sunday 4 August for the second leg and the overall winner will take on the winner of Madagascar versus Mozambique in the third and final round of the qualifiers.
