La paz: Chinese President Xi Jinping’s special envoy, Li Guoying, is set to attend the inauguration ceremony of Bolivia’s incoming President Rodrigo Paz in La Paz, the capital city of Bolivia. This significant event is scheduled for November 8, as announced by a spokesperson from the Chinese foreign ministry on Friday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Li Guoying, who also holds the position of Minister of Water Resources in China, has been invited to the inauguration by the Bolivian government. His participation underscores diplomatic ties and cooperation between China and Bolivia.
