Pakistan’s Central Bank Foreign Exchange Reserves Experience Growth

Karachi: Pakistan’s central bank foreign exchange reserves increased by 14 million U.S. dollars in a week’s time, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday. During the week ending on Oct. 17, the central bank’s reserves stood at 14.46 billion dollars, the bank said in a statement.



According to Namibia Press Agency, net foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks were recorded at 5.40 billion dollars, the SBP added. The country’s total foreign exchange reserves stood at 19.85 billion dollars.
