The Ministry of Mines and Energy yesterday announced its decision to decrease the prices of fuel at pumps across the country as of January 2023.
The ministry in a media statement it issued to Nampa stated that the decision to reduce the prices of fuel at pumps was made at its December fuel price review meeting held in the capital earlier yesterday.
The current petrol prices have been set to reduce by N.dollars 1.80 cents per litre, and diesel by N.dollars 2.20 cents per litre.
“The new fuel prices are effective as of 04 January 2023 across the country,” it stated.
