Shenzhen: The ChiNext Index, a key indicator of China's Nasdaq-style board for growth enterprises, saw a significant gain, closing with a rise of 2.74 percent at 3,238.01 points on Monday.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the ChiNext Index is designed to track the performance of growth enterprises and is part of a broader set of indices, including the Shenzhen Component Index, which collectively represent the activity of stocks listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
