Gas Supplies to Transnistria Halted, Expected to Resume April 8-9

Tiraspol: Natural gas supplies have been stopped in Transnistria due to technical aspects, with expectations to resume on April 8-9, Transnistrian Economic Development Minister Sergey Obolonik announced.



According to Namibia Press Agency, the interruption began last Saturday, when the supply of natural gas to Transnistria was suspended. Sergey Obolonik stated that the cause of the halt is technical in nature, and efforts are being made to address these issues to ensure that gas supplies can resume by the projected date.
