Kiev: Kiev's reaction to Russia's recent strike on a site in Kryvyi Rih, where a meeting of Ukrainian unit commanders and military instructors was held, is seen as evidence of a planned action, according to Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Zakharova addressed reporters on Wednesday, stating that the incident occurred last week when the Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that Russian troops conducted a precision missile strike. The target was a venue in Kryvyi Rih, where 85 commanders of the Ukrainian armed forces and Western instructors were reportedly gathering in a restaurant.

Zakharova criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's response to the strike, labeling it as "extremely cynical and deceitful." She claimed it was a deliberate action designed to draw attention, noting that the strike on April 4 was executed by the Russian armed forces precisely at the location where the meeting was taking place.
