Otjomuise: The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) confirmed the arrest of a suspect on Wednesday evening in connection with the death of 33-year-old Regina Kondombolo, whose body was discovered in a pool of blood at her residence in Otjomuise on Monday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, NamPol's spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, confirmed the arrest of a 41-year-old man. The suspect is believed to be the deceased's ex-boyfriend and has been taken into custody in connection with Kondombolo's death.

Kondombolo was found dead on Monday at her residence in Otjomuise Extension 2. The discovery was made after her boyfriend and landlord allegedly broke into her home due to her lack of response.

Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
