Beijing: Polish coach Pawel Woicki, head coach of China's men's volleyball U-21 team, has spoken highly of the dedication and mentality of Chinese players. In a recent interview with Polish media, Woicki expressed deep admiration for Chinese players' relentless work ethic and discipline.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Woicki took charge of the Chinese U-21 team in March, on the recommendation of China's men's national team head coach Vital Heynen. After spending several months working in China, the 42-year-old says he has no regrets about his decision.

"From day one, I've been impressed by the work ethic here. Chinese people are taught to work hard from an early age - and under any conditions," Woicki told Polish outlet Sportowe Fakty. He continued to describe the players' dedication, stating that he often has to hold them back as they push themselves to the absolute limit.

Woicki remarked on the training intensity, noting a significant gap between China and Europe. He expressed confidence that China's men's team will soon break into the world's top 15, potentially even reaching the top 10.
