Roscosmos and NASA Discuss Future of Orbital and Lunar Programs

Moscow: Russian state space corporation Roscosmos and NASA have engaged in discussions regarding future cooperation in the development of manned programs in orbit following the International Space Station (ISS) and the lunar program. This information was shared by Roscosmos head Dmitry Bakanov during a press briefing.



According to Namibia Press Agency, Bakanov stated that the discussions were open and lasted for 1.5 hours, focusing on the plans of both Roscosmos and NASA concerning the post-ISS orbital space activities and the advancement of the lunar program. He emphasized that the objectives of both organizations are not influenced by political factors, and expressed Moscow’s eagerness to continue the collaborative efforts.
