Moscow: The Russian side is adhering to a moratorium on strikes against energy facilities, as stated by Alexey Polishchuk, Director of the Second Department of CIS Countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin engaged in a phone conversation with US President Donald Trump on March 18, where Trump proposed a mutual 30-day cessation of strikes on energy infrastructure by the conflicting parties. Putin expressed support for this initiative, which was subsequently backed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who agreed to cease attacks on energy infrastructure.

Despite these agreements, Polishchuk noted that Kiev continues to target Russia's energy infrastructure. Russia is reportedly documenting all instances of violations committed by Kiev against the moratorium.
