Senior Chinese Political Advisor Mourns Passing of Former Vietnamese President

Beijing: Hu Chunhua, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, visited the Embassy of Vietnam in China on Sunday to express condolences over the passing of former Vietnamese President Tran Duc Luong.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Hu Chunhua's visit to the embassy underscores the diplomatic ties and mutual respect between China and Vietnam. His presence at the embassy was a gesture of solidarity and respect towards the late Vietnamese leader, reflecting the importance of the relationship between the two neighboring countries.

Tran Duc Luong served as the President of Vietnam from 1997 to 2006 and was known for his role in fostering Vietnam's economic development and international integration.
