Zambezi: Shakwa Nyambe and Company (SNC) Incorporated has made a significant contribution to the Nakabolelwa Combined School by donating 82 new desks and 76 chairs, worth N.dollars 63,282, to the institution located in the flood-prone Kabbe South Constituency of the Zambezi Region.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the donation was handed over by the law firm's Founder and Managing Partner, Shakwa Nyambe, who is also the school's patron. Nyambe emphasized that the donation aims to improve the learning environment, ensuring that learners study in conditions that foster dignity, concentration, and academic success. He encouraged the community to persist in their efforts to address the school's needs and overcome various challenges.

Nyambe highlighted that despite facing challenges such as devastating floods, lack of clean water, inadequate fencing, and aging classrooms, the school achieved a 64.4% pass rate in the April 2026 examinations. He underscored the importance of hard work, discipline, and perseverance in achieving success, encouraging the school to continue producing professionals like doctors, engineers, and lawyers.

Nsala Chunga, the Education Inspector of Ngoma circuit, under which Nakabolelwa Combined School operates, praised Nyambe for the donation. She urged other corporate entities and alumni to follow this example, noting that the school still requires more desks and chairs, especially for upper-grade students.

Inonge Baeze, the head girl and a Grade 6 learner at the school, expressed gratitude on behalf of the students. She noted that the donation would provide a more comfortable and conducive learning environment.

The Nakabolelwa Combined School, established in 1964, currently serves a population of 250 learners with the support of 14 teachers and one administrative officer.
