Temporary Operational Arrangements at the NQA

In light of the escalating cases of COVID-19 in Windhoek, the NQA will temporarily restrict walk-in clients from 28 June to 02 July 2021 to minimise physical contact, and safeguard the wellbeing of our staff members and stakeholders.

During this period, the NQA office will be operating with a lean staff complement as most of our employees will be working remotely.

Our first priority remains the wellbeing of our employees and clients. We will thus continue monitoring the situation and align our operations to the safety protocols announced by the Government.
