Washington: U.S. President Donald Trump has approved a 28-point plan aimed at establishing peace between Russia and Ukraine, developed through consultations with officials from both nations, as reported by NBC News. According to Namibia Press Agency, the plan was formulated with the involvement of Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Jared Kushner, the president's son-in-law. NBC also reported that three U.S. officials indicated the peace deal's framework still requires presentation to the Ukrainian authorities.
