Xi underscored the importance of safe and orderly data flow and proposed the formation of a World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization to promote international cooperation on AI strategies, governance, and standards.Xi also advocated for green and low-carbon development, stressing the need for synergy between the green strategies of all economies to combat climate change. He called for the free flow of green technologies and products and emphasized China's commitment to its carbon goals by showcasing its advancements in renewable energy and the establishment of the APEC Support Fund for digitalization in green transitions.Further, Xi urged the construction of an inclusive and universally beneficial future, prioritizing people-first policies and the fulfillment of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
