Outjo: The lifeless body of a 21-year-old woman was discovered naked behind the Sophia Shaningwa Fire Station near the municipal houses in Outjo in the Kunene Region on Saturday. Deputy Commissioner Florence Kuzatjike of the Namibian Police Force in the Kunene Region on Sunday said the deceased was identified as Florencia Jacobs, a resident of Kamanjab, who was reportedly visiting relatives in Outjo.According to Namibia Press Agency, Kuzatjike said it is suspected that the victim was struck multiple times with a stone as indicated by wounds on her head and face, and her clothes were found scattered around the scene. 'According to her relatives, Jacobs left home on Friday morning carrying her cellphone, which has not been recovered,' the police officer said.No suspect has been identified and no arrests made yet. Police investigations continue.
