Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed new ambassadors to several countries, following a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, an official statement announced on Wednesday.
According to Namibia Press Agency, Guo Wei has been appointed as the ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, taking over from Chen Chuandong. Dong Zhihua will serve as the ambassador to the Republic of Moldova, succeeding Yan Wenbin. Additionally, Qu Yuhui has been appointed as the ambassador to the Republic of Nicaragua, replacing Chen Xi.
