Shenzhen: The ChiNext Index, which tracks China's Nasdaq-style board focused on growth enterprises, increased by 1.75 percent, closing at 2,269.33 points on Thursday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the ChiNext Index, alongside the Shenzhen Component Index and other related indices, serves as a barometer for the performance of stocks listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
