Jerusalem:Guard Lorenzo Brown has signed with Israeli EuroCup basketball club Hapoel Jerusalem. Brown, known for his career in the NBA, Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), and EuroLeague, will be joining the team for a one-season contract.

According to Namibia Press Agency , the 36-year-old American-Spanish player will earn an estimated 850,000 U.S. dollars for the season, though the club has not disclosed the financial terms officially.

Brown's basketball journey began at NC State, leading to his selection as the 52nd overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2013 NBA Draft. Throughout his NBA career, he played a total of 107 games with teams including the Philadelphia 76ers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Phoenix Suns, and Toronto Raptors.

His career also includes significant experience in the CBA, where he played for the Zhejiang Golden Bulls during the 2016-17 season, averaging 24 points, 5.5 assists, and 7.5 rebounds over 20 games. In 2019, he joined the Guangzhou Loong Lions, averaging 25.3 points, 4.9 assists, and 5.4 rebounds over eight games.

Brown's European stint saw him with EuroLeague teams such as Red Star Belgrade, Fenerbahce, UNICS Kazan, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Panathinaikos, and Olimpia Milano. Over 211 EuroLeague games, Brown has averaged 11.4 points, 4.5 assists, and 2.7 rebounds.

In 2022, Brown was instrumental in Spain's EuroBasket title victory, securing a double-double with 14 points and 11 assists in the final against France, which Spain won 88-76.
