Windhoek: A 26-year-old man died after being attacked with a spear at Okahandja on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Riwaldo Ricoberto Hoabeb from Ekunde location. His next of kin have been informed.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the Namibian Police Force's Head of Community Affairs in the Otjozondjupa Region, Senior Inspector Maureen Mbeha, stated on Wednesday that the suspects are aged 17, 25, 27, and 31. Preliminary police investigations indicated that the 17-year-old was allegedly robbed of his phone by three men, including Hoabeb, on Tuesday.
