Karibib: The Roads Authority (RA) has announced the suspension of services at the Karibib NaTIS Centre due to renovations. "The Roads Authority (RA) hereby informs the public that, due to ongoing renovations at our Karibib NaTIS Centre, motor vehicle roadworthy testing and driving licence testing services will be temporarily suspended effective Tuesday, 06 May 2025," a statement issued by the RA on Monday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the statement noted that the renovations are intended to enhance service delivery, increase security and modernise the facilities. "The renovations are part of our continued efforts to improve service delivery, ensure the safety of all clients and upgrade facilities to meet modern standards," it said.

The statement further indicated that a notice will be issued once services are reinstated, advising clients seeking urgent driving or roadworthy tests to use alternative testing stations during this period.
