Istanbul: The negotiation process between Russia and the United States in Istanbul reached its midpoint by 12:00 local time (9:00 GMT), with the parties having discussed a significant part of the agenda, a source familiar with the negotiations told RIA Novosti on Thursday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the source stated, “We came to the midpoint of the negotiations, discussed a significant part of the agenda.” The discussions are set to continue, with the entire negotiation expected to last about 4-5 hours.
