Spain’s Guzman Breaks World Record to Win Gold in Roller Sports at World Games

Birmingham: Spanish athlete Jhoan Sebastian Bitar Guzman claimed gold in the men's 100m sprint in roller sports at The World Games 2025 on Wednesday, setting a new world record of 9.53 seconds.

According to Namibia Press Agency, this victory marked Guzman's second gold at The World Games, having also triumphed in the men's one lap event with a time of 34.372 seconds. The roller sports competitions, which include events such as inline hockey, inline speed skating road, and inline speed skating track, are set to conclude on August 17.
