During this outreach, SPYL also distributed 50 combo parcels to ten areas within the Opuwo Urban Constituency. Kenaumue emphasized that the initiative was a collective effort by the youth league, driven by a shared commitment to community upliftment and economic empowerment.

With the support of fellow youth league members David Kulunga and Tuaondja Mbinge, the youth of the ruling party demonstrated unity and determination to contribute meaningfully to local economies. The programme underscores the importance of youth participation in building sustainable livelihoods, particularly in underserved areas.

Kenaumue acknowledged the resilience of small business owners in Opuwo and highlighted the youth league's intention to offer solidarity and motivation. He stressed that development should be inclusive and centered around the needs of the people.

The 50 food parcels, containing essentials like cooking oil, flour, sugar, and maize meal, were distributed among ten areas, including both Opuwo Town and surrounding regions. This initiative positively impacted over 60 individuals, reflecting SPYL's commitment to serving communities from within.
