Beijing: A compilation of significant ideas from Xi Jinping, the general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, regarding the enhancement and improvement of public complaints management work, has been released by the People's Publishing House.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the book, which is now available throughout the country, is organized into nine chapters and provides scientific guidance for advancing public complaints management in the new era. Commissioned by the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration, the publication aims to deepen the understanding of Xi's thoughts on this topic and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with legal standards.
