Oshakati: First National Bank (FNB) Namibia has officially handed over a refurbished classroom block to Erundu Combined School. The renovations, valued at N.dollars 50,000, included both internal and external upgrades, with new notice boards and window handles installed.According to Namibia Press Agency, the handover ceremony featured remarks from FNB Oshakati Branch Manager Toini Amakali, who emphasized the goal of the initiative: to create an environment where learners can excel. Amakali expressed pride in FNB Namibia's role in enhancing the school's appearance, functionality, and learning atmosphere.Amakali stated that a well-maintained classroom signals to learners that they are valued and that their future is important. She stressed the significance of educational spaces that foster opportunity, possibility, and hope, noting that such environments are crucial for building confidence among students.Victor Junias, the school board chairperson, also spoke at the event, highlighting the refurbishment a s a vital investment in the learners' future. He noted that the improved learning environment is already inspiring pride, focus, and motivation among students. Junias pledged that the upgraded facilities would be well-maintained and utilized to benefit the learners.
