In her remarks, Theofelus emphasized that effective communication remains critical in strengthening trust between the government, institutions, and citizens. "Communication between government, people, and institutions is very important. It's supposed to bring clarity and alignment. It's supposed to build trust between institutions and the citizenry," she stated.
