Windhoek: Colombia will face Chile in a double-header of friendlies in November, the Colombian Football Federation said on Monday. The first match is scheduled to take place in Cali on November 13, with proceeds aimed at supporting reconstruction and relief efforts in areas affected by the 7.4-magnitude earthquake that struck the country in August. The teams are set to meet again in Santiago, Chile's capital, four days later.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Colombia is currently ranked 11th in the FIFA world rankings, having moved up two places after reaching the last 16 of the FIFA World Cup held in June and July. On the other hand, Chile, which has not qualified for the World Cup since 2014, is ranked 49th.
