Ouagadougou: Tech giant Microsoft said Friday it was taking 'mitigation measures' after an outage affected many businesses, including airlines. 'Our services are being improved as we continue to take mitigation measures,' the company wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).The announcement came as many companies are reporting technical problems or outages: Australian companies such as ABC TV, Sydney Airport and a supermarket chain, Berlin Airport, and the largest British railway operator as well as the London Stock Exchange.In a message titled "Service Degradation," Microsoft says users "may be unable to access various Microsoft 365 apps and services."Microsoft adds that it remains "mobilized to manage this event with the highest priority and urgency, while continuing to address the ongoing impact for remaining Microsoft 365 applications that are in a degraded state."Source: Burkina Information Agency
