Riyadh: A new stage of negotiations between Russia and the United States has commenced in Saudi Arabia, as reported by Al Arabiya broadcaster on Monday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, earlier in the day, a correspondent from RIA Novosti reported the arrival of the Russian delegation at the negotiations site.
