Brave Warriors head coach Bobby Samaria announced his 25-man squad to do duty at the 20th edition of the Council of Southern African Football Associations (Cosafa) Cup next month in Port Elizabeth.

The tournament is scheduled for 06 to 18 July.

Having initially called up a provisional 35-man squad, Samaria has dropped 10 players after his team played a nil-all draw against Lesotho on Saturday, where he fielded two different teams for each half.

Namibia is in Group C and starts against Senegal on 08 July, before facing Zimbabwe on 11 July and finishing off the group on 14 July against Mozambique.

There are three groups and only group winners and the best runner-up will advance to the semi-finals.

“We have to make a statement against Senegal in the opening game. I told the boys to visualise victory and work towards that, we can get it right, it will be eleven against eleven and anything is possible,” Samaria told the Namibia Football Association website on Saturday.
