Beijing: An article by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, an important approach of the Party in the governance of China in the new era, will be published on Sunday. The article underscores the CPC's strategies in navigating the challenges and opportunities in contemporary governance.According to Namibia Press Agency, the article by Xi, who is also the Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will appear in this year's 23rd issue of the Qiushi Journal. This journal is regarded as a flagship publication of the CPC Central Committee, disseminating key theoretical perspectives and policy directions.The forthcoming article comprises excerpts from Xi's discourses on various occasions, spanning from January 2013 to August 2024. These selected excerpts highlight Xi's vision and insights into the Party's role and responsibilities in advancing China's development and addressing global challenges.
